QC lifts number coding on Quezon Day

MANILA, Philippines — Number coding in Quezon City will be suspended on Tuesday, Aug. 19 in celebration of Quezon Day.

“As per QC Traffic, the number coding will be lifted tomorrow, Aug 19, IN QUEZON CITY ONLY, in celebration of Quezon Day,” the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said in an advisory.

This means vehicles with plate numbers ending in 3 and 4 can pass through main thoroughfares in Quezon City on Tuesday as the number coding will be lifted.
