“The region of Caraga will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms,” Pagasa said.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the low pressure area 600 kilometers northeast of Northern Mindanao dissipated, Pagasa said.

The other LPA located 1,020 kilometers east of Northern Mindanao, on the other hand, was expected to enter the country within 24 hours.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the western section of Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough, Pagasa said.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest over the rest of Luzon and from the southwest to west over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
