MANILA, Philippines—Principal whistleblower Benhur Luy failed to show up on Thursday for the bail hearing of Senator Ramon Revilla Jr. for plunder over the pork barrel scam.
But the prosecuting panel told the court that Luy, together with other whistleblowers Marina Sula and Merlina Sunas, will attend the bail hearing on July 24.
Senator Revilla attended the hearing with his wife Cavite Rep. Lani Mercado. His co-accused Richard Cambe was also present.
