Bong Revilla arrives at Sandigan for bail hearing

MANILA, Philippines — Senator Ramon Revilla Jr. on Thursday arrived at the Sandiganbayan to attend his bail hearing for plunder.

He is expected to meet for the first time Benhur Luy, Marina Sula and Merlina Sunas, who will testify on the senator’s alleged involvement in the pork barrel scam or the use of his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) for non-government organizations allegedly created by detained businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles.

Meanwhile, Revilla’s legislative officer and a co-accused in plunder Richard Cambe is also present during the hearing.
