MANILA, Philippines—Fire hits a residential area in Manila Thursday afternoon, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.
A BFP advisory said the blaze swept through several houses on Blumentritt Extension in Sampaloc, Manila around 5 p.m.
The fire has reached the third alarm as of posting time.
