MANILA, Philippines — Even with Super Typhoon “Florita” out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility, rains would still persist with the presence of the southwest monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas, the weather bureau said Wednesday.
In its weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Mimaropa, and the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Cavite and Batangas would experience monsoon rains.
Pagasa added that Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon and Western Visayas would experience occasional rains while the rest of the country would be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
