MANILA, Philippines – Jessica Lucila “Gigi” Reyes, the former chief aide of Senaor Juan Ponce Enrile, surrendered Friday to the Sandiganbayan, which issued an arrest order against her earlier in the day.
The warrant was issued after the anti-graft court dismissed Reyes’ motion to suspend plunder proceedings against her.
