2 witnesses in Servando fatal hazing set to file statements – NBI

MANILA, Philippines—The National Bureau of Investigation has two witnesses in the death of Guillo Cesar Servando.

Both witnesses are set to issue their respective sworn statements, a report from the NBI said.

Members of the NBI’s Death Investigation Division were sent to Barangay (village) Palanan, Makati City for ocular inspection of the area where the fatal hazing took place.

A reenactment of the incident will be held later in the afternoon.
