“The overflow of water on the Concourse Level of the Power Plant Mall on June 26, 2014 at around 3:30 p.m. was caused by a disengaged storm drain pipe from the roof deck, located above a food establishment on that level,” Reyes said in a statement.

She said that the mall’s operations team had “contained the situation” and stopped the surge of water.
