MANILA, Philippines – Janet Lim-Napoles seemed to have lost weight and is in a more relaxed state as shown in her latest mugshots, even as she faces plunder and graft charges for her alleged involvement in the pork barrel scam.
In the mugshots obtained by INQUIRER.net, Napoles was calmer and slimmer compared to that one for her separate serious illegal detention case, where she looked more haggard and stouter.
Napoles is the co-accused in the plunder and graft charges of Senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Ramon Revilla Jr. and Jinggoy Estrada. Estrada and Revilla have surrendered to the police.
The Sandiganbayan is hearing the biggest corruption scandal under the current administration – the alleged pillaging of public funds to ghost projects for kickbacks.
