Metal beam falls from tower crane in San Juan; 2 killed
MANILA, Philippines—Two people were reported killed after a metal beam fell from a tower crane at a construction site in San Juan City on Monday afternoon.
A radio report from Radyo Inquirer said the beam fell to a canteen, killing a man and a woman on Wilson Street.
There was an ongoing construction of a multi-level parking facility in the area of the tragedy,
