Las Piñas City posted the highest percentage increase in reported dengue cases in the National Capital Region from Jan. 1 to May 3 this year at 66 percent (from 100 cases in the same period last year to 166 cases). On the other hand, Valenzuela posted the biggest drop in dengue cases for the same period—from 169 cases to 56 cases or a 67 percent decrease. Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
