MANILA, Philippines–Skies will be cloudy Tuesday as the intertropical convergence zone hovers over the south, the weather bureau said.
In its early-morning bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the ITCZ is affecting Mindanao, causing cloudy skies that bring light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms, Pagasa added.
