Man arrested for taking video shots under women’s skirts, sharing clips on porn site
MANILA, Philippines—Women wearing skirts have been advised by the National Bureau of Investigation to be alert and careful after a man was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation for allegedly taking video shots under the skirts of women and then posting the video clips on a pornographic site, according to the National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division.
Head Agent Ronald Aguto, NBI-CCD chief said Sonny Pacursi, 27, was arrested following a complaint filed by students and a representative of a large university in Manila for allegedly using his cell phone to take video shots of students’ butts under their skirts.

Aguto said Pacursi then uploaded these videos in a pornographic site called “xhamsters.”
Officer on case agent Reonel Balgos said Pacursi had already uploaded 76 videos.
Balgos said that Pacursi, when placed under surveillance, was seen to have taken these videos in various areas near the school complex and had also victimized bank tellers who frequented the areas.

“He will hide his cellphone camera in his bag by placing it in a folder or envelope while recording, that’s why his videos could be brief or long,” Balgos explained in Filipino.
Pacursi, who claimed to be a former Pharmacy student of the university, said he was pressured into doing it by the people he chatted with on the porn site.
He added that he thought he was not doing anything wrong since he was not causing any physical harm to the victims.
He expressed his regret and stressed that he was challenged by the people from the porn site.
Two micro SD memory cards and a cell phone camera were retrieved by the NBI. Pacursi may have to face charges for voyeurism and child abuse.
