MANILA, Philippines—A technical problem stalled the operations of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) on Wednesday evening, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported.

The report said MRT trips were suspended from North Avenue Station in Quezon City to Shaw Boulevard station in Mandaluyong and vice-versa.
