MANILA, Philippines—With the weather slowly changing for the cooler, the Philippines would experience cloudy Tuesday.
In its weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that the Philippines would have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Also, light to moderate winds would prevail over Luzon and the south of Visayas and Mindanao.
