MANILA, Philippines – In the midst of the dry reason, a sudden downpour surprised Metro Manila residents Friday afternoon.
In its official Facebook account, the state weather bureau Pagasa said the strong rain was due to a thunderstorm affecting portions of Metro Manila, Rizal, Nueva Ecija and Tarlac (Mayantoc and San Jose), which may persist within two hours.
