MANILA, Philippines—A cloudy prelude for the forthcoming rainy season is to be expected.
In its weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the Philippines would be under cloud cover for Thursday.
Pagasa said that the partly cloudy to cloudy skies could bring forth isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms that would fall in the afternoon or evening.
