MANILA, Philippines – A cloudy respite from the summer heat awaits.
In its weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the whole country would be partly cloudy to cloudy for Wednesday.
Pagasa added that the clouds would bring isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms that could fall in the afternoon or evening.
