MANILA, Philippines – A day after the Makati court denied Janet Lim-Napoles’ request for extended stay in the hospital, her doctors claimed that she was suffering from vaginal bleeding.

“The recommendation now of the medical team is to defer discharge first and to give antibiotics…and hopefully the bleeding will stop and there will be no more complications afterwards,” said Dr. Florentina Villanueva, head of the obstetrics and gynecological department of the Ospital ng Makati.
