A radio report said Lawrence Panganiban, Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC) process server, died on the spot after his still-unidentified assailants shot him along Purok 4, San Guillermo in Barangay (village) Bayanan.
A Muntinlupa City Police officer, meanwhile, told INQUIRER.net that the authorities cannot provide other details as the investigation on the incident is still ongoing.
