MANILA, Philippines—The whole country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Tuesday, with chances of isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening, the state weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said this is explained by the easterlies, or warm winds, from the east, which is the prevailing weather system during summer or dry season.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over the country.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
