MANILA, Philippines—As the yearly Balikatan war games begins on Monday, clouds will also show up in the sky to greet Filipino and American troops.
According to the weather bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies.
Rainshowers and thunderstorms are also forecast, though most of the precipitation may happen in the afternoon or evening.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over the country, Pagasa said.
