MANILA, Philippines—The Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) was stalled in the Santolan station Wednesday evening, according to rants of netizens on Twitter.
Netizens said they have been stuck in the Santolan station after the train stopped moving.
INQUIRER.net contacted MRT General Manager Al Vitangcol but he has yet to respond.
