Cloudy, windy Thursday

MANILA, Philippines—Summer heat may be tempered by clouds and breezes on Thursday, based on the state weather bureau’s forecast.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical and Astronomical Services Administration, the Philippines will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms occurring in the afternoon or evening.

Also, light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to east would prevail over Luzon while winds coming from the northeast would breeze through the other parts of the country.
