MANILA, Philippines— United States President Barack Obama will arrive in the Philippines under a mild summer weather, tempered by clouds and breezes.
In its early-morning bulletin on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate winds would blow from the east to the northeast over Luzon and the Visayas and from the northeast over Mindanao.
It added that the whole country would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
