MANILA, Philippines—The whole country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with chances of isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening on Friday.
The easterlies, or warm winds of the east, continue to affect Luzon and Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
This is the prevailing weather system during dry season.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the east will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the east to northeast over Mindanao.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
