MANILA, Philippines – As a low pressure area (LPA) is brewing more than a thousand kilometers east of Guiuan, clouds will hover the country on Monday to take away some of that summer heat.
According to the 5 am weather bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the LPA was estimated at 1,010 km east of Guiuan at 4 am.
Pagasa said Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies that will bring light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
