2 teenagers killed in Mlang, North Cotabato

ILIGAN CITY, Philippines – Police authorities in Mlang, North Cotabato announced that the two cadavers found by joggers in Barangay (village) New Rizal there belonged to two minors suspected to be notorious thieves.

Inspector Sunny Leoncito, the chief of police of Mlang identified them as Christian Dave Billeza of Barangay Tawantawan and Robin Lorana of Barangay Poblacion A.

Both victims were only 15 years old, Leoncito said. He said the victims were executed in the very place they were found based on traces of blood the investigators had discovered near the cadavers.  Williamor Magbanua, Inquirer Mindanao
