“If the rest of the co-accused failed to post bail on that grave coercion case, it becomes the duty of the law enforcement officers to implement it,” De Lima said.

Others who have not yet posted bail include Cedric Lee, Bernice Lee, Simeon Raz, Jose Paolo Gregorio Calma and Ferdinand Guerrero.

All the accused are facing another case for serious illegal detention before the Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 271. The court has yet to issue a warrant for their arrest.
