General Santos City—The city government will give a hero’s welcome to Miss Universe third runner-up Shamcey Supsup when she returns home anytime soon.

“Definitely, there will be a hero’s welcome for Shamcey when she returns home,” Mayor Darlene Antonino-Custodio said.

But the mayor could not yet give details of the hero’s welcome, saying they still have to meet to plan it out.
