MANILA, Philippines- The entire archipelago will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said Tuesday.
This was because the ridge of a high pressure area affecting Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Easterlies are also affecting the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao.
Light to moderate winds from the east to southeast will prevail over Luzon and from the east to northeast over the rest of the country.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
