/ 12:34 AM March 16, 2014

A man was found dead and naked late Friday night outside the wall of the Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau in Quezon City.

Bearing strangulation marks and stab wounds, the body was stuffed in a garbage bag when discovered by a scavenger on Quezon Avenue in Barangay Bagong Pagasa.

PO2 Rhic Roldan Pittong  described the victim to be 35 to 40 years old and about 5’6” tall.

The man sported several tattoos: the names “Rolando,” “Armando” and “Onyok” on the chest, the face of a woman also on the chest, and “Commando” and “Jordan” on the back.  Julie M. Aurelio
