MANILA, Philippines—Today, May 13, is the 108th death anniversary of hero Apolinario Mabini. Known as the “Brains of the Revolution” and “Sublime Paralytic,” Mabini was a member of Jose Rizal’s La Liga Filipina and was a trusted adviser of Emilio Aguinaldo.
