MANILA, Philippines–Motorists were advised Friday to take alternate routes from tonight until weekend as road repairs along Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) in cities of Pasay, Caloocan and Quezon City resume.
In its latest advisory, the Metro Manila Development Authority said road reblocking and repairs by the Department of Public Works and Highways would start 10 p.m. Friday until March 10, Monday at 5 a.m.:
*Along Southbound lane of Edsa between Loring Street and Park Avenue in Pasay City
*Along second Northbound lane of Edsa between Main Avenue and P. Tuazon in Quezon City
*Along Edsa between Caloocan and Quezon City Boundary and F. Aguillar Street (lane 6), between Malvar Street and Arellano Street (lane 6), between Concepcion Street and Gen. Tinio Street (lane 6), Caloocan City
*Along Kamuning Road between Sct. Turillo and Sct. Ybardoloza (second lane, Eastbound) in Quezon City
The MMDA added that all roads would be fully passable on Monday morning.
