Luzon, Visayas continue to enjoy cool, fair weather—Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines—The northeast monsoon will continue to affect Luzon, including Metro Manila, and the Visayas on Friday, giving the areas cool and fair weather, the state weather bureau said.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration Luzon and Visayas will also experience isolated light rains.

Mindanao, meanwhile, will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will prevail over the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas, and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough, Pagasa said.

Elsewhere, winds,also coming from the northeast, will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas.
