MANILA, Philippines – Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla  Jr. has made  his presence known at the resumption of the Senate blue ribbon committee’s investigation into P10 billion “pork barrel” scam by sending a set of questions for his  accuser, Dennis  Cunanan.

At the start of the hearing of the committee on Thursday,   its chairman, Senator Teofisto Guingona III announced that the body received a set of questions from Revilla, who has never attended a single hearing on the issue.

Cunanan, director general on-leave of the Technology Resource Center (TRC), alleged that he had personally talked to Revilla over the phone when he was following up with the TRC about the release of his pork barrel funds.

Revilla’s funded-projects coursed through the TRC allegedly went to bogus non-government organizations of detained businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the pork barrel scam.

The senator vehemently denied calling Cunanan and endorsing any Napoles NGO.
