PNP hospital ready to accommodate Napoles
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police on Monday said they were ready to accommodate alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles after the court granted her plea to seek medical check-up outside Fort Sto. Domingo in Laguna.
“We are ready to accommodate her after the court granted her request,” said Police Chief Superintendent Alejandro Advincula in a press briefing.
Advincula said the PNP General Hospital in Camp Crame, Quezon City has all the facilities Napoles would need for his medical check-up and possible operation if needed.
He said that they were ready in case Napoles would be confined in the hospital adding that their security measures were in place.
Napoles, according to Advincula, is tentatively scheduled to undergo medical tests at Camp Crame this Wednesday, February 26.
Article continues after this advertisementHe told reporters that Napoles would undergo ultrasound, blood tests, and transvaginal ultrasound to determine the cause of her medical complaint.

He said that in case Napoles would need to undergo surgery and be confined, a public order violator room (POV) is ready to accommodate her.
