MANILA, Philippines—Most parts of Luzon including Metro Manila will have cloudy skies as the tail-end of a cold front affects the northern and central parts of the Philippines’ largest island, the state weather bureau said early Thursday.

According to the 5 a.m. weather bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may also experience light rains and isolated rainshowers.

Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies and may experience drizzles and/or thunderstorms, the Pagasa bulletin added.

Pagasa said moderate to strong winds from the northeast of the country will prevail over the eastern sections of southern Luzon.
