MANILA, Philippines—Luzon and the Visayas, including Metro Manila, will have fair weather with occasional cloudy skies and isolated light rains as the northeast monsoon prevails over these areas, the state weather bureau said in its Wednesday morning bulletin.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast to north will prevail over the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, Pagasa said.
Pagasa said the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
