Cloudy with light rains in Visayas, Mindanao—Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines—Parts of the Visayas and of Mindanao will have cloudy skies and light to moderate rains on Friday, Valentine’s Day, according to the state weather bureau.

“Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao region will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms,” the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration’s (Pagasa) weekly outlook for Friday said.

Pagasa’s weather bulletin said the northeast monsoon continues to prevail in Luzon and Visayas and will bring cool weather with isolated light rains.

“Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains,” Pagasa further said.
