MANILA, Philippines— Extreme North Luzon will continue to experience colder winds as the northeast monsoon still lingers over the area, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday.
Pagasa also said cold winds from easterlies may blow over parts of Eastern Luzon and the Visayas.
Pagasa said Batanes, Cagayan, and the Babuyan and Calayan groups of islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago will be partly cloudy with isolated rainshowers.
