Army points to BIFF in new blast
COTABATO CITY—Members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) detonated a bomb along the highway in Maguindanao as a convoy of journalists was passing on Tuesday, a military official said.
The incident came days after two members of a Manila-based TV crew were wounded in a roadside bomb attack.
