MANILA, Philippines—The whole country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, the weather bureau said on Tuesday.
Northern Luzon will experience cold weather caused by the northeast monsoon, or “hanging amihan,” while the rest of Luzon and the Visayas are affected by the easterlies, which induce warm weather, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Luzon whose coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough, Pagasa said.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
