937 of 1,759 pass pharmacist licensure exam

MANILA, Philippines – At least 937 of the 1,759 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Thursday.

Of the top 10 passers, eight came from the University of the Philippines (UP) Manila, according to the results posted on their website.

The topnotcher is Athena Jessica Ong of UP Manila with a rating of 91.57 percent.

Our Lady of Fatima University in Valenzuela has the most number of passers, at 90 of 108 examiners with passing rate of 83.33 percent.

The registration for the issuance of professional identification cards and certificates of registration would be on January 23 and 24, PRC said.

The venue for the oath-taking would be announced later, PRC added.
