MANILA, Philippines—Barefoot devotees will be allowed to ride Light Rail Transit trains during the Feast of the Black Nazarene on Thursday, an LRT official said.

Lawyer Hernando Cabrera, LRT spokesperson, announced over Twitter that they would relax their decorum policies by permitting barefoot devotees to take the train to participate in the day-long procession in Manila.
