AT least 50 families received gift packs from the Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) as part of its yearly Christmas outreach program.

The recipients are families living on the streets near the MCWD main building on Magallanes Street.

The packs contain rice and canned goods purchased using part of the funds supposedly intended for the water district’s corporate Christmas party.
