Cebu students top medical technologists’ board exams
GRADUATES of Cebu Doctors’ University (CDU) and Velez College topped the recent licensure examinations for medical technologists.
Isabelle Basubas Baisac of CDU placed first in the examinations with a score of 91.7 percent, the Professional Regulation Commission announced in its website last Wednesday.
Sherry Mae Casiño Mondido of Velez placed second (91.3 percent), while Jana Barbra de la Cerna Mayol placed eighth (89.2 percent).

A total of 1,123 out of 1,480 passed the examinations given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao, the PRC said in a brief.
All of Velez College’s 31 medical technology graduates passed the examinations while CDU earned a passing percentage of 97 percent. JASON A. BAGUIA
