4.3 quake hits off Surigao del Norte

MANILA, Philippines—A 4.7 magnitude earthquake hit off Surigao del Norte at 1:49 a.m. Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.

The quake struck 114 kilometers northeast of Burgos town at a depth of 39 kilometers.
