Authorities said no one was reported injured in the incident that affected 10 families living in Don Carlos Village.
Senior Fire Officer 3 Bernardo Bernejo of the Pasay City Bureau of Fire Protection said in a phone interview that the fire started at 4:35 a.m. and was put out at around 7:25 a.m.
Bernejo said they have yet to confirm the amount of damage caused by the fire.
